System Integration

KANAKA System supports services for handling cases of violence against women and children—such as those managed by the UPTD PPA (Regional Technical Implementation Unit for Women and Children's Protection) to be more efficient in managing consultation data and case resolution.
Cases of violence and harassment against women and children in Indonesia continue to rise, and UPTD PPA needs more human resources. A management system for these cases can make handling them easier. If you are part of UPTD PPA, are you facing challenges in managing these issues?
I can’t concentrate on handling cases because of time-consuming administrative tasks.
I hope sharing case information with colleagues and related organizations can be made easier.
We can’t keep training staff with limited experience all the time.
KANAKA Women's and Children's Consultation System will improve service efficiency and reduce workloads caused by a lack of human resources.
Creating statistical reports, spreadsheets, notifications, and more becomes easier. UPTD PPA staff can focus more on solving cases.
Becomes a central hub for managing information related to consultations and cases of violence against women and children. Information exchange and collaboration with other UPTD PPA staff and related organizations become smoother.
Easier access to information. UPTD PPA staff can compare and analyze similar past cases and identify women and children who need more attention.
The KANAKA consultation and protection system simplifies the tasks related to consultations and handling violence cases against women and children at UPTD PPA. It allows centralized management and sharing of information, giving staff more time to handle real cases and carry out preventive actions.
KANAKA is capable of building features for multiple UPTD PPAs using the same system. By eliminating the need for data interconnection between different systems, data processing burdens are reduced, and collaboration between UPTD PPAs or other organizations becomes faster. Additionally, KANAKA also plans to support service units for handling victims of violence against women and children with disabilities.
The KANAKA Women and Child Consultation System is developed based on Japan's child consultation and women’s consultation systems, namely JisoNetwork and JosoNetwork. JisoNetwork has been proven and widely used by many child consultation centers in Japan, including those in Tokyo Prefecture, Osaka, Kanagawa, Saitama, Chiba, and other cities.
Sistem Konsultasi Anak JisoNetwork | Softem Co., Ltd.KANAKA is developed with input from UPTD PPA staff, including a UI designed to enable flexible and efficient operations tailored to field needs.
KANAKA is also responsive to changes in systems and regulations, which are crucial aspects in system operations.
Once the system is active, regular meetings will be held to discuss issues or requests regarding system operation, and to introduce useful features already implemented in other UPTD PPA units.
KANAKA is a web-based software system, which means no special software installation is required on client devices.
